Badeel SouqThese terms apply to the Badeel Souq app on Android, iOS and the web. By creating an account or using the App you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Badeel Souq is an item-exchange (barter) service: people offer items they own and swap them for other items. There is no buying, selling, checkout or payment in Badeel Souq. Estimated values are only a reference to compare offers. We are not a party to any exchange and do not own or inspect the items.
2. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to make a legal agreement for any deal you make.
- You can delete your account at any time in the App (Account → Delete account).
3. Items and content
- Only add items you own and may give away, with honest details and real photos.
- Prohibited or unsafe items (for example weapons, drugs, medicines, alcohol, stolen goods, live animals or counterfeits) are not allowed.
- Never ask for or offer money, including a “difference” in value: exchanges are item for item only.
- You keep ownership of what you post and allow Badeel Souq to display it in the App and on shared links.
4. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abuse
Do not post or send anything that is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent or that infringes others’ rights; do not spam, impersonate others or ask for money. Report such items with Report item and block abusive users in chat. We review reports within 24 hours and remove the content, and may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
5. Moderation
Badeel Souq admins may pause, hide or remove any item that breaks these terms or is reported, and may suspend accounts. While an item is paused or hidden by an admin, the owner cannot change it until it is reactivated. The owner is notified in the App.
6. Safety
Meet in safe public places, check the items before you swap, and never send money to anyone. Exchanges are between users; Badeel Souq is not responsible for them, to the extent allowed by law.
7. Changes and contact
