Delete your Badeel Souq account

You can delete your Badeel Souq account and its data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Badeel Souq and sign in.
2. Go to Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email support@badeelsouq.com from the email address of your account with the subject “Delete my Badeel Souq account”. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your account (name, email, phone sign-in)
• All your items with their photos
• Your chats and offers, saved contact details, notifications and settings
• Your Featured requests and free-item count

What is kept, and for how long

• Support messages and reports: up to 12 months, to prevent fraud and abuse, then deleted.
• Records of payments for Featured or extra items (amount, date, item title): kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires, then deleted.

Nothing else is kept. Messages you sent are deleted together with the chat.
